How can I pay?
The rental is paid in advance by the car pick up either by cash, or by debit / credit card (Slovak cards with ZBK logo, international cards MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Diners Club and JCB).
The amount can be paid using a credit / debit card at any place via the mobile POS terminal.

What's the altitude amount for rent a car?
For each rent cat it is necessary to paid-on amount (not for repeated client or long-time rent) You will get back this amount after returning the undamaged car.
Altitude amount for car is 200€.

How many kilometers are included in the rent of vehicle?
Car rent price comes without any restrictions for traveled distance.

Can I travel with the car abroad?
You are allowed to travel with the car all round Europe, except the following countries: Albania, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine.

Our cars have motor hull insurance as well as obligatory contract insurance for the whole Europe.

In case of a road accident, it is necessary to call traffic police and subsequently contact our company.

How much will I have to pay if I cause a traffic accident?
Our vehicles are insured with participation at 5%, but at least for SKK 5,000. The client is fully responsible for any damages on the car caused due to the taking of drugs, alcohol beverages and other stupefying substances

What if someone else causes a traffic accident?
In case of a traffic accident not caused by you, you will pay nothing. We claim participation from the obligatory contract insurance of the car which caused the accident. In this case it is very important that you call in traffic police and note the data about the offender.
